Mini Ninja question.

I got my key from the SQENIX store, but after researching I found that I don't want it now.

I got it off the NA store and was thinking of make it as a GA. I know I won't get any CV for it but what the hell?

My question is, if I got it off the NA store, is there a region restriction and what is it so I don't make a mistake?

You can just dump it in the Mini Ninja thread like some others do or in random keys thread, will save you time.
