Mistakes in giveaways

So I've created 3 giveaways recently for Created for midsummer madness. But somehow, magically I've created 3 giveaways of the same game. What am i supposed to do now?

Delete them, say you made a mistake in the reason, happened to me too twice. Or get extra copies. :p

[edit[ oh wait they already ended, yeah that is gonna be more difficult.

yeah. it already ended, i swore to god there wasn't 2 additional giveaway when i first created it though. :/

If you are short on cash, there are copies of that game on tremor games http://www.tremorgames.com/index.php?action=showitem&itemid=143236, if you can earn some coins to get yourself an extra copy.

Your possibilites:

  1. Buy two more copies to send to the winners.
  2. Live with two "not received" in your profile.
  3. Ask the support to delete two additional giveaways. However, to get those deleted, their respective winners must agree to this.

I could buy two more copies but it would be region restricted. The copies that i am giving away right now is from GMG birthday pack and so it is ROW.

Always check your giveaways for any errors after you've created them.

If the giveaway is still running, you can delete it without any problems. If the giveaway has already ended, you can only delete it with the winner's permission.

Contact the winners of the giveaways you want to delete. Explain the problem and ask them if they'd be OK with having those giveaways deleted. If they agree, take screenshots of your chat with them. Create tickets under the Delete Giveaway category, one for each giveaway that you want to delete. Put the screenshot links in the Description sections of the tickets.
