titel is confusing i know :)

Here is what I would like to know:

I have a "non-violent" version of TF2 and from my view it gives me a bit of disatvantage because no blood on the walls so I can not really see if there was someone killed before...

Now what do you think would happen if I activate the Orangebox (wich I don't have activated) ? Do you think I will be able to see blood ? fyi: I'm a "premium user" means I have bought something from the store and I am able to trade.

thanks!

Are you saying you disabled blood/gore? Huh...didn't know you could do that (nor do I mind it).

If you activate it, can't you just re-disable blood/gore in-game?

Or you mean something else entirely, and I'm just being an idiot.

EDIT: I'm just being an idiot.

I am pretty sure you need to contact steam support to switch to the violent version of tf2 on your account? just a guess but it's worth a shot

They will not change your version, I already tried that.
I even contacted our beloved "Bundesprüfstelle für jugendgefährdende Medien" - and they say it's Valve's fault for not implementing a proper age check.

wow, i just looked at some screenshots, apperently when you kill someone they turn into toys. don't know what that's about but if you haven't been given the standart version nor the option ti enable violence, then chances are the content is blocked in your region, sorry man. :(
