Got it while it was free during last december, no card drop.
I had to delete from account and reclaim it for the drops to appear.

Did you manage to remove only the base game and add it again for free (to get the cards) and not lose the dlc?

Nope, only had Stadium 2 and the ever free Incincibility DLC. I didn't see this DLC you linked by the time, so only had to remove the base game and invincibility then re-add both using same ASF command posted by Antirezvov above.

Actually, the first Stadium was free in 2021. Stadium 2 is not related to the first giveaway.
