I'm sorry you had that experience. Are you on a shared internet connection? (e.g. uni or a big apartment building?) Sometimes what can happen there is if someone else in your network is breaking the rules they can ban everyone. It used to happen when I was in university with people torrenting. I think there's something about these kind of positions and poor support. It's easier to just make something up that the other person "might" have done than actually look at the issue. Even here, I've had support tickets closed that way.
I hope you're able to get back in, or find games to play elsewhere!

Ohh probably, I was using the university wifi besides my home wifi and cellular data, probably because of that. But my university wifi is pretty secure tho.. I guess I'll just buy some cheap cd keys elsewhere since there are a lot of other trustworthy key resellers. Just no free giveaway anymore. Thanks

Yeah... that's indiegala for you. Was their support ever good though? All i've heard was bad experiences.

A month ago I was playing indieGala giveaway and I suddenly get banned. I've contacted IndieGala support about my situation, it took them 3 days to reply to me, saying that I was using a VPN and that's not allowed, and they fixed it for me. However, I never use a VPN, and I'm still getting banned even though they said they fixed it. I tried to re-contact them but I never get any response (Maybe because they don't know what went wrong, they think it's bothersome to figure out and just blocked me?).
