I need some help

Hello everyone, I made a giveaway for Hitman Blood Money which ended yesterday, and sent out the key. The only problem is, that the winner came online at least 2 times since then, but didn't marked it as received, or activated the key and it will expire on the 30th (it's a key form the Sapphire promotion)...can anyone who knows the guy contact him? (His name is Muck by the way)

If the key isn't activated already, you can reroll the GA. :)

Yea, but I sent it out in mail already, and I'm a bit worried if the same happens, but the 1st winner activates it before the 2nd one :S

He has to wait 7 days for that. Have you tried adding him on steam? Send him another email explaining the situation.

Post a comment on his profile.

You should be able to get to his profile by clicking "created giveaways" and viewing the giveaways that were won
when you saw his e-mail click his image on the left of his e-mail and it sends you to his profile.

My advice would be to try to add the winner so that you can send the key through chat, that way he/she will get the key before it expires.
