I have tried to contact support: I have issued 2 tickets (the first 5 days ago and the other 3 days ago, both on same topic) for a problem I had with one of my giveaways but I still got no reply at all. I know this is not an orthodox way to contact support, but since I got no reply at all, I am forced to try with a public request to be able to speak to someone. Please, let me know, thanks and sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Regards.

there are others all asking support so dont expect to get a reply until the planets are aligned.

Random question here - I'm sure your ticket is important, and of course to you it's the most important thing any support people could hope to see today, but why would it be more important than all the (hundreds? thousands?) of other tickets ahead of it in the queue? Why not take a number and wait your turn? :)

p.s. You're not "forced" to try this. I'm sure most of us have had the fun of working retail, and know the joy of the customer who knows his time is more valuable than everyone else's, and can't understand why he should have to wait for the poor peasants who got there before he did. :) Good luck! :)

get donation button. say 5000 people donate 1-5 dollars a month. PAY hosting and PAY SOMEONE to do support. u can not get lemons out of potatoes.. or the alternative, leave how is and wait a few weeks / month or 3

I've gotten my tickets responded to in around 3 weeks so just wait. It's not that they're ignoring you. It's that there's just a LOT of work for them to do.

If your problem is needing to pick a new winner you can find the process for that here. As it says on that page, those requests are handled by the push of a button by support staff which allows them to be handled quickly. If it is something else waiting is the only real option. Support staff are doing their best to clear the backlog of tickets so don't feel like you're being ignored.
