I did everything but 12;). I see there 2 Have and 2 hold but anyway dont know;). it is like theft told:P? I am stupid with this maybe because my english is not so good...

Q4 read Codes in hidden letters Here look near the bottom of that section.
Q12 2Have and 2Hold replace 2 with ... not two but...
that is all I can give right now.
