Generally stuff bought in North America has no region restrictions, when in doubt check SteamDB. Also Humble Bundle and BundleStars warn you in case a game has some sort of region restriction (is in red letters right by the "add to cart" on BS and somewhere in the description for HB).

I'm looking to gift more of my games but I'm not sure how to check region restrictions. Most of the games have come from HB and Bundle Stars and I'm in North America.
Thanks for any help or pointers.
