Strategy Enthusiasts [March GA] - 24h remaining!

It's the third month of strategy games GAs here on SG. Hope you enjoyed previous GAs. The first being a Turn-Based Strategy, then a RTS and now a Grand Strategy. About the game: Europa Universalis 4 is a GSG made by Paradox and one of my favorite strategy games of all time.

Here's your ticket. Lvl 1+, as always. It's the digital extreme version, but please do NOT enter for the dlcs!

Someone actually remembers the Svea Rike games? They were originally based on a Swedish board game with the same name, but the 3rd one, made by Paradox, ended up being a simplified grand strategy game (called Crown of the North in some parts of the world). They made another game called Two Thrones that used the same game engine.

Not sure. The local version, simply called Svea Rike III, is easy enough to get hold of, but it's possible that that's just because it was more common in Sweden.

Also, did you know that Svea Rike III/Crown of the North was actually marketed as a children's game in Sweden? We must have some smart children over here ;)

Svea Rike, the board game, is like the grandfather of all GSG videogames. It was tmy first GSG experience. I had to include it.

A friend had a copy of it. We played it a long time ago, but that was the reason that I found out about EU3 and GSG in general.

I actually never tried EU2. EU3 was my first EU game. I'm not even sure if EU2 is available on steam.

Awesome giveaway, thanks so much! I guess my favorite Grand Strategy series would be CK, mainly because it's the only one I've really played though. It's definitely a genre I've been curious about getting into though; Stellaris and EU4 have been on my wishlist for a while. Here's hoping this giveaway helps me out!

It's not the complete pack actually. It only includes a few dlcs. Paradox really need a complete edition down the road or at least one with the newer dlcs included.

Tough answer. I liked EU3 a lot more than CK1, but prefer CK2 to EU4
