   Look around. Follow the tram tracks in direction of orange hotel building (not the bank). Follow the tracks in this direction until you see golden dragons on red. Turn right and walk west until you find a restaurant with green chairs. The restaurant is at the feet of three narrow ornate townhouses. It has a short name.
