just watched it in cinema, it was a decent action movie, lot of FX, not worse than any avengers or marvel movie, i expected it will be worse.

well, ticket in my country was like 6euro for 3D, definetly worth it, i dont watch many movies in cinema but beautiful FX and landscape, well, such movies need to be watched on big "screen", worth it i would recommend to anyone who liked LotR/Hobbit movies or like Fantasy.

For as much as you can trust reviews: one said "at least not as boring as Hobbit", other said "I'd rather watch Mario Bros. again". There's also comparisons to Travolta's "Battlefield Earth".

37 metascore but 8.2 on imdb by the real watchers. ok, it dont have deep story, just like marvel movies or mad max, its all about special effects. Could have chosen other part from warcraft universe with more lore, more interesting story, but as story started with Warcraft 1 they did this movie, i guess they will build up a movie series and you just cant start with Illidain and the Lich King.
In the movies you mentioned special effects was like lol or nonexistent, in Warcraft its awesome.
Dialogs boring, special effects awesome, it was just awesome how orcs destroyed humans with their megabig hammers:-)
for me it was better than Hobbit, worse than lotr, much better than mad max, worse than Willow, however i hope it will get enough money so the franchise will go on as movies and we will see much more storydeep Warcraft movies (as there are huge storydeep lore in wow) with the same special effect quality. Perhaps fantasy hater metascore guys hate it, so far the masses (imdb votes) love it.
but the trend is the usual, anyone who just want to be entertained will love it, anyone who want to see deep story intellectual movie will hate it.

From those imdb reviews, 47 people gave Warcraft 10/10 - for sure that's not just fanboys voting.
Because let's not lie, Warcraft is not 10/10 movie. Hardly any movie is 10/10, Warcraft is not even close.
That's why I like Steam Reviews - you either say YES or NO, and from all those answers you get some score.
