I got nothing. Apparently, GOG doubts my loyalty! :(
My last purchase from them was in July, and I bought more games on Steam than on GOG this year, so maybe they have a reason to doubt my loyalty. :/

I haven't bought anything for several years on GOG, doesn't seem to be a reason.
Plus it's all telltale stuff, so only if you got that wishlisted.

Yeah, it appears that you're right. I have nothing from Telltale on my wishlist.

I wonder how many people have just added a bunch of telltale games to their gog wishlist after seeing this thread. :)

Not me, but I'm curious how loyal you have to be to qualify.

No, they rightly sensed that my loyalty was not as high as it could be.
I will do better, gog! I will kill enemies of DRM-Free software for you! WITh GRENADE LAUNCHERS AND TANKS

Didn't get anything. But I'm a three-timing Steam slut and Origin whore with the occasional Itch.io fling, so no surprises there.

Curious! Because it was a long time ago that I did buy a game form gog. Did you people check your e-mails?
Ah, I have Steam, Origin and even games on Uplay.

Some time ago they did something called "wishlist giveaway". They gave away some games to random customers picking them from their wishlists. I actually got This War of Mine at the time, it was a few months ago.

Wow. 0_0

Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People
Minecraft: Story Mode - A Telltale Game Series
Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series

Already had Monkey Island, so why i wasn't given that. Maybe the longer you got an account there, the more you get?

I have been a customer on gog since 2011, and I "only" got 1 game (batman - the enemy within), so I don't think that's the reason. I had 2 games wishlisted (batman and guardians of the galaxy). My catalogue there counts 306 games.

That's still more then a bunch of others, and maybe they can't giveaway guardians of Galaxy, and if you had wishlisted more, maybe you could have gotten more.

I wasn't complaining. I have all the other games from telltale except for minecraft season 2, and the two I listed. I'm perfectly happy having gotten anything at all. I was just disputing your theory of account age equal more things given.

Not implying you were.

But how is it disputing anything, you wishlisted two games, you got one just not marvel, but as i said that could be because that's not given to anyone thus there was just never any chance you would have gotten more.
If you didn't had other games like the ones i had and wishlisted it, you don't know what you would have gotten then.

Also never stated it was a set rule, just atleast that it could have increased chances, when they first did the add games to your wishlist thing awhile ago i didn't receive anything then.

Alright, alright, calm down. No need to get defensive. You win or whatever the goal is here. You might be right in that guardians just wasn't given away for whatever reason.

The games GOG is gifting vary (though most people are reporting having received Tales of Monkey Island). They do have one thing in common, they are games from Telltale.

Nothing here too.
Perhaps my wishlisted games are too expensive/new.
Or only Tales of Monkey Island got given away.

Perhaps you've owned most if not all of telltale games and you did not wishlist any telltale games? They picked it off the wishlist as far as I know, :D Cheers~

I do have some on my wishlist but maybe they're adopting the HB strategy to randomly give their rewards. I don't know, but I'm not complaining either. I have plenty of games waiting for their turn. One game less makes no difference to me. Cheers.

Im not sure because I've not made a direct purchase from them. I've been gifted before and I had been using GOG Connect for most games in my library. I feel bad but its hard to pick their games out as Steam games have much better deals now. They are very generous too. Maybe check your library after awhile. Its not a loss for you as you mention so Diddly~! :D

Man, that's harsh. I keep rebuying my games on GOG with slightly unclear motive and I get nothing. I'd be slightly interested in trying out Batman even though it's a telltale game. I've heard a lot of praise for this game from ACG podcasts
