Is the Russian Blood Bowl: Chaos Edition region locked?

Looks like the version sold in the Russian Steam store is the exact same version sold in the US and European stores (subID 17129), so it should be fine.

Not region locked. I picked up the Russian version (thanks to the best cat) as well.
