The Bureau: X-COM Declassified Pre-Order Bonus Question

So I'm thinking about preordering The Bureau. Usually, I don't preorder games, but the three extra games make me go for it. Issue is, I already have X-COM Enemy Unknown and the idea would be to trade it. Since it's already in my library, does anyone know if I would get it as a giftable or I would just lose it as with most bundled keys?

if you pre-order like i did from steam, chances are you will get the bundle added to your library and in the process they will add the gift into your account, btw it actually gave me 2 copies 1 exactly as in the steam store and one labeled (ROW)

and the bundle actually has more than 1 game in it so its like 6 games if you dont own enemy unknown
