I did the modification- it works fine.
Of course, I had some help from a friend. But it is possible, with a little work, Cheat Engine, and a few downloads.

We just replaced our saves with clean modded saves, you know.
The DLCs quickly become worthless, tho.

It worked very well, did it not? The fellow did not expand upon the requirements, he could be fine with deleting his save.
EDIT: Agreed. Seemed like A Good Idea At The Time.

Well, i know the 2 ways that we have to use to get Toys, Legendary and Boost Specials:
Since i've got no one living on the States that i can sign as an american address, i CANNOT buy from amazon. But yes, EA assured that amazon's DLC is compatible with both steam and origin.
And since i have no idea how to modify my save (yes, i read all that guide and a giant interrogation point was over my head) and i prefer to keep my save "clean" (i mean, i don't want to modify it) because there's the risk of colateral damage (A.K.A corrupting it), i won't try, cause i'm a newbie in this matter.
Excluind these 2 options, is there any other way?
P.S: For those who are going to comment: "Esc > F2", Criterion server was shut down in 2011, this way we can't buy them from the game store anymore
