So what happens if i report a dude when it's 7 days since he won a game and he has it in inventory?

So what happens if i report a dude tomorrow when it's 7 days since he won a game and he has it in inventory? A friend and i solved a puzzle for a game but he's an idiot & shared it with 3-4 others on skype -.-
And this @$!@%!@% has it in his inventory but won't give it to either of us and it's been 6 days,if i report him tomorrow what happens to him,permanent ban?

If i report a !%!#er tomorrow caz it's 7 days (today it's 6th ) since he won a game ,will he get permanent ban?or just a temp suspend -.-

There's a lot going on here. Are you saying you won a giveaway, but the maker won't gift you the game? If that's the case, the winner is well within his rights to reroll thanks to the leaking, and even if he wasn't, he wouldn't get a ban at all, just a 'not received' mark on his profile.

Or are you saying something else? It's hard to tell what exactly you're asking. You really need to be clearer here. There are, like, three other things you could mean.

I'm saying i know a dude who won a puzzle giveaway because an idiot friend (MOSTLY I solved that stupid puzzle & he only helped me at the decoding questions ) shared the puzzle with 3 or 4 more people on skype (not sure bout fourth) anyway one won it and still has it in inventory after 6 days ,tomorrow is 7th,i'll report him,will he get perma ban or just a temp suspend?-.- i'm hoping permanent suspend :) .
