Now im not really into trains IRL but for some reason this simulator seems like it could be fun. I really have no idea why but just from screenshots and posts i've read around the web i think i may be right. ANYWAY...

Who has this and plays it? Who doesnt have this but wants it? Just drained my account on like 7 entries and this past week i must have entered like 25 at least.

Anyone win this game that didnt really have a desire to buy it but realized its super fun? Or maybe that it totally sucks? Let me know.

With riveting action, tear inducing drama, and all the elements of a first person shooter you love, Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 will surely be the only game you play this summer!

I have it too. It is quite fun, especially if you are into simulators. I find it relaxing actually, because most of the time, after you start the train and be on your way, there is not much to do except watch your speed. A word of advice though, if you are going to play it, learn a few important hotkeys. Without them, doing some things (like changing tracks) are really difficult and frustrating.

Isn't that half the fun tho? Something tells me there's going to be a lot of "Trains derailed" headlines in the near future xD.

Thanks for the tip though, pretty sure ill jump right in, ignoring your suggestion and then eventually fine tune my knowledge of the game.

I did jump right in, too (without even looking at tutorials). And I think you are right, learning the game and finding things yourself was another fun part of the game. :D

If that won't convince you, nothing will. ;)

(And yes, I have and enjoy the game - 90% off the Haulin' USA pack was a steal, even though I had the base game and one of the DLC's already!)
