You should be able to pay with any payment method associated with your account. The options available to me are debit card, paypal, google play balance and direct mobile billing.
EDIT: You noted in another comment you wanted to use CSGO keys. Sell them for paypal, then use the paypal account to pay fr the coins.

Basically, pokemon show up every so often, and you need pokeballs to catch them. Run out of pokeballs and you can't catch any more. You can use lures and incense to make pokemon show up more frequently.
You can buy pokeballs, lures and incense.
pretty much any landmark is a pokestop. At a pokestop you can get free crap every 5 minutes or so, including pokeballs, lures and incense, and therefore don't need to spend a penny.
So, basically, if you live or work right next to a pokestop, you'll have everything you need, and eventually you'll get a lot of pokemon and be able to level them up a lot. But if you're nowhere near a pokestop, you may need to buy pokeballs, and other stuff.

Steam and Google are 2 completly different systems. You cannot buy Pokemon Go coins with CSGO keys. You have to buy them with real money.

On an android, you go to shop, scroll to the bottom and click the package you want. There, you can hit payment methods and use (in addition to credit or debit cards) google funds from a google wallet card, paypal, or even add it to your cell phone bill if available.

when i go on payment methods i have only "add a credit card or a debit card"
but under "payment methods" i have an option where i can insert a code (probably the gift card) so i guess if i use a code there i can buy coins without using a card?

Just open the google app store, press the menu button on the upper left corner and "redeem" afterwards. That's where you enter the code of the gift cards.

You could still fight gyms if you don't want to spend money. You can collect coins once a day in the shop menu. (10 coins and 500 stardust for each gym you got a pokemon in at the time of the collection)

I don't buy lures myself - there's a location with 3 pokestops next to each other which got activated lures almost all the time. There's a shop which requests people to buy stuff when they want to sit on one of their chairs and they keep those lures activated to get more customers. (worked pretty well - I asked them if it was worth it and they earn almost 5times as much as before Pokemon Go got released because of doing so)

I don't know if it's available in Romania, but Google Opinion Rewards can be an easy way to get some Google Play credits. (Just don't expect big payouts)

Is there any other way to buy coins except with a card? I dont have a card and i wanted to pay with paysafe or smth else.
