Includes games that have already been on sale at that price? EX: skyrim le was 40% off, now it is on daily deal, still at 40%

Seems to kinda defeat the purpose of said "daily deal"

Edit: Looks like terraria is the same still...

If you've the intention to get the DLCs one day, DO NOT buy the base game. yes, it's tempting, but you will feel... scammed, when you will realise that the DLCs are more expensive than the base game. I suggest you to buy the Legendary Edition, or nothing.

Banished is 50% off (resulting is $9.99), if I were to buy it would there still be a summer card that I would receive? (I would think not because it is under 10$ but...)

Skyrim Legendary Edition is 66% off for me. Was on the front page when the new deals were put up, then removed and replaced with the normal edition. Legendary Edition is still at 66% off, but hidden now.
