humble bundle and reCAPTCHA challenge

hiya lads and gals!
today i've failed with reCAPTCHA challenge while trying to buy humble weekly sale: bitComposer Games,
since i coudn't find where to complete this challenge, i've decided to make a second try and got charged twice from my credit card ^_^
so is it possible to claim purchase after first try while failing reCAPTCHA challenge within humble bundle page or i need to write to their support?

Contact their support. If you failed the captcha, it shouldn't have gone to the payment gateway.

I had the same problem as you did. Failed the first time, but got charged. 2 days later the system automatically refunded me.
