Where is Batman Arkam Origin DLC millennium skin pack for creating giveaway?

I'd like to create a giveaway for the Batman Arkam Origin Skin pack which is in the WB bundle pack, also needs base game I don't have.
However, I cannot find this specific DLC Skin Pack in the "Select A Gift" lists but Season pass DLC..
Where is it.. I'm struggling for it an hour..

It was removed from the giveaway list recently because of how many GA's of it were being made as compared to how relatively few people have Origins/didn't get the humble bundle BTA
