One person adds games to the bundle list, and they can't be online all the time.

If you bought it in a bundle, guess what? It's going to be bundled.

It's retroactive from the date the bundle launched, so don't think the early birds got away with anything. They'll get no CV for it. Also, this website is staffed by volunteers man, I'm sure they'll give you a full refund if you're unsatisfied with their customer service.

There are only a few support volunteers. They are not being paid. They don't do this as their job, and they don't do it all the time. There are many times when a mod simply won't be online, who can bundle it. It's just how it works. The new site will not have this problem.
