What happened to itstoohard.com?

still nothing? :O

I don't know much about how websites work, but Cloudflare says something expired on Jan 20 2022.

Edit: Cloudflare might have outdated info. I looked the site up on who.is and icaan and they both have an expiration of Jan 20 2023. Again, I don't know anything about websites, so I don't even know if that is relevant. Maybe they are just having some kind of server issues wherever the site is hosted.

Were they in any way or form using Google Workspace?

As that will be a thing companies will have to pay for since February.

could it be that it expired and they renewed it after expiration? in this case it could take some time to update records. since it shows two different dates 2022 and 2023 this could be the case

Oh 2022-01-21 the whois entry changed. One of the changes was that the nameserver changed from a ClouDNS server to the default one from NameCheap. The new one is nor returning a valid ip address for the url. I guess something expired and switched back to an unconfigured default or something.
Oh, forcing it to resolve to the old ip address does not work either, and other urls running on the same ip are also down. I guess more is down then just the nameserver

The other day I contacted the Steam group for this service.
"👀Site down?"
So far there is no response from the admin and it appears to be offline.

After some cybersleuthing I contacted the owner.
He said it was running on an rather expensive Windows VPS and he let it expire after not seeing a lot of activity recently. He's thinking about bringing it back on a cloud based hosting platform eventually but there don't seem to be any immediate plans. There are back-ups though should this happen.

Are there any other sites that have similar functionality as this one? I was hoping to do some GA's like this...
