The private profile doesn't let us see if he has the gifts on his inventory, but that doesn't mean that it's suspicious.

He has won 7 and gave away 19 games already. Obviously he knows how the site works so this seems legit to me. Better close your topic before someone report you for calling out.

I don't see a single reason as to why you are questioning this user. They have completed each of their previous giveaways just fine. It's not like they're dropping 3x Valve complete pack or something.
