Solved - A Question about Jigidi

Cheers all, from now on i will do them via the flash version, as mentioned its only really a problem when its and sgtools link as invariably i mistype the 20 or so characters when copying them

Ok, i may be missing something here but evertime i do a Jigidi, the link for when i have solved it is not clickable/copyable or anything,

I have to manually type it out, which if it is an sgtools link can be ridiculously long and i invariably mistype it, am i doing something wrong?

Also why is it called a Jigidi?

Highlight the text with your mouse and copy it. They are jigsaw puzzles so that's why it's called Jigidi.

Nope thats my issue I can't copy it, as in I am unable to highlight the link

I realise they are jigsaw puzzles but its the whole calling them jigidi i have never heard and can't figure out, is it just the name of the website or short for Jigsaw Digital with an i in the middle

if you were logged in when you did the jigidi, you can actually go out of it then go back to your completed jigidi, and go back in and should be able to select it. I have had this issue myself.

Also, there are reports of people using the html5 version instead of the flash version and run into a similar issue. At this time, it’s better to use the flash version.

I use the Flash version. I think that's why you can't highlight the text. Flash is better for now, until they fix the HTML5 version.

I mean the first part is for jigsaw.
gidi... maybe its a play on giddy? Like it's fun and makes you giddy?

if you were logged in when doing the jigidis before, try going back to the ones you completed in Flash, just to see if you can select the text.
It will not display automatically, you need to click Solve, then view image, then Pause and finally the little bubble on the bottom left of the dialog window to see it.

Hope it's clear enough.

If you only need 5 characters, you can still read them and write them manually in any giveaway url instead of copy-paste the url. I find it still quick. Of course I wouldn't say the same if it's an sgtools url...
