It was $20 from late 2014 to early 2017, including when it was bundled before.

Steam sales have transformed from $6.79 (5x Mid 16 to Christmas 16) to $4.99 (ever since) that way.

Certainly, but $15 for $20 Chaos Reborn and $25 Big Pharma (plus the good-value-at-the-time Reassembly in T2), not $15 for $10 Chaos Reborn...

Well, it's not really $5 for Chaos Reborn alone either now.
And I thought Big Pharma already came into Humble Monthly before the linked sale, but that's probably not correct, which doesn't make the tier as bad as it looked.

Perhaps it should be taken off the given away list considering the freely given away keys were since revoked? (from what I know at least)

If those keys were revoked I would think that would be a good idea. If you could find anything mentioned about these keys being revoked you could submit a ticket to support with the info and it will be reviewed.

Is that "add game to list" or "other" as category?

On their forum they have https://steamcommunity.com/app/462240/discussions/0/1692659135903874857/#c1692659135922153545 and in the statistics SG might have about owned games, there should be a sharp drop in owned copies reported during sync in the last months compared to before. I assume I should still make a ticket in addition to telling you as 'Support' that ;p

Yes, I'm fairly new to support and I believe this would need to be handled by someone with a rank higher than "support". I see from the comment by the dev that beta keys were revoked so I'm not sure if the beta keys were the reason this got on the "No CV" list or not. You could probably submit a ticket under either one and it should be ok.
