I loved Romania, Iceland and Greece. My favourite entry from all the Eurovision was 2007 when verka Serduchka entered, god how I wish he/she/it won.

Solved it, lovely puzzle as always. This year, my favourites were The Netherlands and Greece. We gotta remember the classics.

I always find it interesting when someone sings in a fantasy language like Belgium in 2008 or "baby language" like Germany in 2000 and probably many more. Oh, and a late bump for solved ;)

Edit: don't know how I got there, but just found a song from the german decision show 1996 where they are singing "about surfing through the world with multimedia, day and night on the datahighway" (in german). Quite a shame they did not go through to the main show :D

I think 2005 was the first Eurovision I watched. Aside from Lordi(who are my all time favourite as well), Greece(perhaps the country with best entries overall) and some few other random exceptions every year, I would say that most of the eurovision songs are plain boring and bad. Ever since I start watching this contest, the quality goes down every single year IMO.
