They should see a key only after you press " Send Key" button on "giveaway winners" page.

After the GAs ended, have you sent the keys? They don't automatically get sent by the system.

mayros, never send keys through emails unless you get an email back from them first, so you know they are getting your mail.
you will get screwed in the end by just sending keys out with first email.
to many steamgift horror stories start with " its been 7 days and the key i sent to them still hasnt been marked as received, but im scared to reroll a new winner cuz what if the key is now used"

Thats good to know. I always check winners profile if he really deserves that win - doesn't break sg rules. Had to reroll few giveaways because of regifters.

Yesterday i made 10 giveaways - 2 were Steam gifts and 8 were cd-keys. However when i informed winners (wrote 8 emails) that they won and that cd-key is writen on Steamgifts some of them replied me that they could not see their keys. One even send me a picture of giveaway where I could cleary see that key field was empthy. So i had to write 8 emails again or add each of them on Steam to hand them keys. This took me a lot of precious time and its quite discouraging.
I like to make giveaways, but i don't like to spend 2 hours to deliver keys. Plus it looked like a joke telling them they got their keys and they couldn't see them. :/
