Can't Sync

HELP, I haven't been able to sync up for a week and one of my wishlist game is about to end.

Seems to be a common problem. Whenever I had sync problems on sg they fixed themselves after an hour or so. You can try to log out and back in on steam and sg or setting your profile to private and back to public and try to sync again on sg.
