yeah they changed up the system a while back. now the top tier is more lifetime arp than the previous highest level, and you can spend arp on stuff instead of just getting it when your total arp reaches a certain level.

Sometimes it happens - I assume it's because your connection was flagged as spam and you were blocked for some time, just try again a bit later.

I assume you used VPN to access AWA (could be free one. I made such assumption, because AWA is blocked in your region and blocked for more than a year) and because of that your account was marked as "mutiaccounter" (VPN gives the same IP for all users and since VPN was free, there were a lot of such users).
If you never used VPN to access AWA - just write to AWA support and they will unlock your account. I had a suspention or a ban on AWA (don't remember the message I saw) - wrote to them and they unblocked my account. At that point of time (3 or 4 years ago) I didn't use any "illegal" stuff to access the site, so it was just random (false detection) actions.

My account was also suspended/banned recently. I tried to contact AWA support and all I received was an answer stating I had broken T.O.S. I never used VPN nor did I do something shady on their website. All years gone without the possbility to appeal the ban.
All I can say is that my account was previously banned because I tried to log in multiple times through OpenID (Steam), according to them. And to be frank, sometimes, it happens, to you try a few times and might get banned because of it.
The only good thing I can say from AWA is that they got to unlink my Steam account to my banned account. It's my first time I get banned on a website so I'm still confused about it. Unfortunately, nothing more I can do about it.
