I'm a little confused on the rules. So I reply to someone and tell them three games from their backlog or wins list, someone does it to me, etc. But does it have to be a game they haven't played much? Also what if I've played all my wins?

try to pick games they haven't played yet. As I said in the OP, if you don't have any wins left, just pick people can pick from your normal backlog. If you don't a backlog: Congrats!

I was thinking about this for a while now... could you choose something with a lower requirement instead of Last Light? I'm quite sure that I won't be able to run that and Zestiria properly / at all on my laptop, but I would rather give at least a chance for me to finish 2 games. (And please, not the King's Bounty ones, I don't want 50+ hour long games as an entry here :D )

All I see from a minute on the Steam page is a multiplayer strategy game that has spent a year in the Early Access stage with only 50% of reviews positive. I'm interested to hear why you think that it really is worth picking up.

Not to be a bother, but can you pick something else besides Child of Light? I wasn't aware that it had a local co-op mode, so I was thinking of playing through it with a friend of mine when I go back home for the holidays.
If you choose to replace it, the game can be any length. Turns out Ontario colleges decided they want to go on strike so I suddenly have a lot more free time due to cancelled classes. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
