Don't you get a card after every 3 votes? At least I got one at 3 votes, now I'm on my 5th as well and didn't yet receive another one.

Well, just checked over the FAQ, it says you get a card every 3rd time you vote. So I guess ignore that message? Maybe you've created one and it was given to a random person (kind of like boosters are given when a badge is crafted), though I can't see anything on the lines of that in the FAQ.
