Well, just checked over the FAQ, it says you get a card every 3rd time you vote. So I guess ignore that message? Maybe you've created one and it was given to a random person (kind of like boosters are given when a badge is crafted), though I can't see anything on the lines of that in the FAQ.

i've voted now 5 times for the community choice and now it says that i've got a summer getaaway card ( or something like a card was created), but in my inventory is nothing... :(
