The meat doesn't look like a hotdog it looks more like a sausage.

Hmmm I guess you are right. A hot dog is a kind of sausage though.

As an FYI: that is the same thing (I learned that now as well). In Dutch we only call it rucola, so I googled arugula out of curiosity.
Both are names for Eruca sativa
