I don't think anyone's ever been charged extra after a pricing glitch. It's just like if you walk into a store and the price tag is wrong, they have to sell it to you at that price.
I got Don't Starve for less than $1.00 during last Winter or Summer sale and I can confirm I was never overcharged.

A thread for any pricing errors or glitches in the summer sale! Generally, check prices right as the previous batch of games on sale rolls over to a fresh batch, as this is when errors are most likely to occur. They usually last for mere minutes, so snatch them up immediately if you see one!
This list does NOT include negative prices, as those are always made nonpurchaseable in your cart.
