Atomic Backstab from Magicka: Wizards of the Square Tablet annoyed me to no end. Played with a friend grinding MP achievements in that game once...he got it, I didn't (and both of us were following the same guide!). Wasn't really happy :(

any achievement from space marine, which are only available in versus mode.

note: you need the achievements to unlock skills that are also used in coop mode. nice thinking there, way to spoil the game... -_-

I did that with bots, just let them see you or shoot in leg when they try to defuse, also killing or kicking your teambots can help :)

They will fix the sharing thing (at least that was said in the steamforum) but i did not managed to find even on player in saints row so i need all 3 achivements and someone who wants to play at least 5h in coop
