Considering Dreamfall was a freebie on GOG a few months back, it is strange to see so many people missing it.

I think it was the actual freebie; the first two sales they did that had a free game and three bonus games based on your purchases. I may be wrong though, I just remember that I got it for free. =)

I remembered you're a big fan of GOG and often pick up old franchises there during sales so you probably had enough points to get all 3. Dreamfall was T3 if I remember correctly that's problably why not many people got it.
If I remember correctly the first time (I noticed) they did something similar I was measly 100 points shy of getting Spelunky because I missed 1 daily checkin and the 2nd time I did the math in the beginning and didn't bother afterwards because without buying anything you couldn't get any of the 3 extra games beside the one that didn't require points.

It should be the first two, not just the one with Spelunky. The later ones were more carefully constructed. ALthough the second one maybe because some of these sales gave you XP bonuses for the next sale for purchases.
And yeah, Spirall corrected me. I just missed the game name and the recommendations, but the rest were correct! x_x

At the end of BMA4, I am disappointing with 2 parts:
- Without Chicken Invaders 4 - Thanksgiving Edition
So, we need to buy another copy of Chicken Invaders 4 from other bundle in future to get it. Usually it will come with 2 DLCs which we already have. - I got 2 Memoria which I already have.
In my opinion, they should at least give us 2 different games from the bags.

8? There's only been one so far (BM30), so they still need to make nine more until March.
To their credit, BM30 was pretty great, so if the remaining ones are of similar quality, I can wait and I wouldn't even mind them missing deadlines.

Because if you bought the Annual Be Mine, you did it as part of the Be Mine Anniversary which included that bundle. Yes I know it is just semantics but I guarantee that they include the bundle you bought with it. Yes, it is not posted anywhere that it counts, but some things that were posted the week before the option became available that they changed when it when live.

Turns out we just read it wrong the whole time! When they said "over the next 12 months", they meant for each release, while lasting for a minimum of 10 years. It's always just meant to be interpreted the other way as the "Be Mine Annual Subscription"

Are you saying that the subscription is only for the perennial anniversary bundle each year? If that's how Groupees or anyone is twisting it then it's the biggest cop out and bunch of bullshit I've ever heard. No one sells a 10-year subscription. For what amounts to less than 1/12 of the year to boot. This is a constantly evolving industry and we see both stores and bundle sites closing every year. You couldn't even possibly begin to predict that Humble would be around 10 years from now, let alone Groupees.

William H Groupee--the owner and operator of Groupee's--finally made a statement about the "'Be Mine Subscription Screwjob" that addresses some of our worries, and at least sounds reassuring (well in my opinion anyway)
It's about damn time that Mr Groupee finally said something of subsistence. And, thankfully, it wasn't a third hand report from the site's chat-room this time, which has hardly been an informative environment, conducive to citation, or reasonably expected of buyers to follow. Directing the people who do inquire to "go ask Hector" doesn't cut it for the good majority of customers with no idea who makes what bundles--nor does that matter. They purchased subscriptions from Groupee's Store because of their faith in the goodname of the Groupee dystany, and a reputation dating back over 3 generations (of neptunia)

^ that's what I was thinking. Both their ploy and filing for refund. Paypal probably won't be of use because Groupees technically have 1 year to deliver - so you can't say that they didn't fulfill their duty (and have partially delivered some). But if we wait to see if they do deliver the remaining bundles, the refund window is closed.

So, March it started, May the first released was beMine 30, leaving 9 to go. At 4 months in, we should already have 1/3 - so they're 2 behind. At this point I fear they'll have to release too many, too quickly.
They did 6 between May 2016 and May 2017 (#25~#30). So they effectively have to quadruple that rate now...

Groupees used to be fun. My personal decision is to not buy many game bundles there... I have lost faith. I still buy almost all the music bundles, even the stuff I don't like, just to support the artists. =)

It's been stated several times that musicians don't get paid for content included in Groupees bundles. I don't know if that on ly applies to the bundles with mixed content but next time you may want to contact the musician in question to be sure you are actually supporting them.

Hah, I really hope not! You raise a good point. I thought it was w/ coins; and maybe bonuses. I would assume the musicians get something for the music-only bundles. But if they agree to accept no money in exchange for exposure - they are getting what they want. Hm, maybe I'll look into it sometime... Thanks! =D

Hey Groupees here. Don't worry, the Be Mine subscription will be fulfilled. Summer with E3, Steam summer sale and well, Summer, is slow. We don't want to just jam in whatever game to Be Mine bundles.
