I had now time to look into your case.
After digging for the reason i stumbled about the date and at that date and short before you gave 4 bundles of each $1 high cv bundle away. So you exploited the cv system.
And i were at that time really pissed of because a lot of people done that and got their levels for peanuts.
Because we have now 2 years later and you weren't unfriendly or such stuff, i take you now down from my BL.
Sg need one week to lift the "you aren't able to enter" status.
