I need the ruble price.

It looks like it makes 17 but i'm not sure,valve may change prices on diffrent regions.

Im assuming what you're attempting is breaking some rule somewhere.

In any case its a moot point, 4 (GBP or 5USD I believe) is the minimum you can add to your account. So you still have to spend that much to go premium.
