If you didn't actually trade with the guy then don't leave trade feedback. People aren't rating each other on how polite they are or how much they like each other or else the trade feedback system would be worthless.
You can get fake feedback removed but it may take several months. There are a lot of rude people trading and if you intend doing much trading it is advisable to learn to ignore them otherwise you will be having problems like this all the time.
Also, were you actually lowballing him?

You gave him fake negative rep first. Your blame. Try to talk to him so that you can both get rid of these feedbacks.

No you can't leave trade-feedback unless a trade actually took place.
Also being thorough really helps on SG like for example checking up on GA winners before and after.

So I made an offer to someone for their CSGO gift. They explode at me, calling me a lowballer and blacklisting me for my offer. I then post a negative rep on their SG profile detailing what happened. (This is allowed right? Because it's part of trading? If not I'll remove it.) So then this guy posts a rage comment on my steam profile in all caps calling be a lowballing %&#%&#*^. And of course he also gives me a completely fake negative rep on SG too, saying I'm a scammer. (We never actually traded?)
So my question is: Is there a way I could get rid of the completely fake feedback and is it against the rules to post legitimate feedback about the trading process, even if you never made a trade?
