Cannot open without chrome in mobile browsers

I don't know if you ever tried it before, but when i entered here with Dolphin browser, it just stucked and never opened, except when resetted the data connection, just a brief moment, it comes and not responds afterwards.
So i tried with different browsers (opera, cm, yandex) and got err_too_many_redirects error. I was using with opera max, with creates a vpn connection and i tough that's the case, turns out, its not. So i was gonna ask is that about site-based thing or from my phone? Did ypu ever get this kind of error?
One mpre thing: right now I'm writing this from chrome, and every page consumes nearly 1mb data. Is that ok?
