Really unlikely that it will get a "special" discount while it is/was already a daily deal. I would say yes, this is the highest discount for now.

Popular Early access games don't generally go for more discount than 20%.

It's on my wishlist as well, but I will wait for Winter Sale, then it will be cheaper :) I don't think it will go lower than 15%
