Why People still buying cod?

Cod is still the most popular fish when buying fish and chips in the UK, but the fish itself is becoming massively depleted, and has been for over ten years.

Why aren't people moving to alternatives like haddock, plaice or hake?

Remember: this isn't the plaice for fish puns.
