Sorry I'm confused... So SoulCalibur VI is not listed in the bundle from my location (I live in SEA). But let's say I bought the bundle which includes SoulCalibur VI using VPN. Can I redeem it on my steam account?

The keys' region is given by your Humble Bundle account region, not by the VPN you use. Using a VPN it would be easy to change that region, though.
And as long as you aren't in Saudi Arabia, you should be able to redeem SOULCALIBUR VI.
There are region locked packages for RU/CIS, India, Asia but based on the gift link notification, it appears that these countries receive ROW keys. Ofc, there's a chance that the notification is misleading, so keep that in mind when you purchase (better avoid those countries).

I tried... Trade was good like splits in the past. Now trades doesn't worth that much (I'll risk to say trades don't worth at all now). People think you're going to trade what you bought for a dollar paying with a few pennies valued goods. I bought a few bundles in the past thinking about trade the leftovers. Regret is the only thing I've got, unfortunately. :(
