if the ga creator doesn't give you the game, you don't get anything. But give him 7 days to deliver the game. if you don't hear anything the first 2 days or so, that doesn't mean you won't get the game (yet).

then you probably won't get anything. still you didn't actually lost anything - just didn't get anything either. so keep entering until you win something else. and mark this as not received.

you can create a ticket and talk about it with the support people, dont mark as received if you didnt get the game. Try to contact the person who created the ga first, they should give it to you

You can't mark it s not received for seven days as the site won't let you. After that you absolutely should. If the giveaway creator then provides it you can always change the feedback.

if he redeemed it which is a to his library (which btw is a stupid thing to do if you made a giveaway) then create a support ticket or wait the 7 days and click gift not receive you don't want to give him positive rep if he didn't give you anything

no need for support ticket. it's not like support wil get him a game he did not receive. marking as not-received is good enough, no need to spam support and thus make wait-time for actual tickets even longer.
