I haven't heard that song, neither do I listen to this kind of music, but if it helps you to narrow it down I can tell you that this is not techno. Electro, yes, but not techno. :)

Techno is used as a very wide term, but actually it is pretty defined in it's style. The song you are looking for is more like Electro House or something like that.
And as someone said before, it sounds a lot like Benny Benassi. Maybe he will sweeten the time until you find the actual thing. :D
