Is there still a way to obtain WWE 2K19 outside of Europe?

Amazon UK and Amazon France have the WWE 2K19 Deluxe Edition available for sale, and I have been told that most of the keys sold on Amazon are global keys. However, other trading websites currently only have European keys for sale, which makes me highly doubt whether a global key actually exists now.

Sorry, my wording was incorrect. By "sale," I meant that it is currently available for purchase, without any discounts. Nevertheless, the price is still cheaper than EU keys on other trading platforms.
