Hearty meal, seeing too much plate though :P

Nice to see someone who does Brussels right. My mother hates them so her cooking method was always boiling them to death and I spent the first 20 years of my life thinking I hated them too. Then I learned how to cook and now they're a treat

Never tried mashed sweet potato. Sounds good though.
