Library Downloads Problem

Ok so, does anyone know if my library download page should look like this?
If not, would it happen to be the Blue pulse skin thats causing it? and where is the resume option? As you can see, I have bioshock infinite downloading, except, when I go into a steam game, the download stops, which is usual, but there should be a resume option to resume it after I go into a steam game.

The download page was recently changed, so if your skin hasn't been updated along with it, it's going to be weird.

Yeah, I got the same. The skin you're using must have an update available, find it and install it. It solved my problem, I had the exact same bug with mine.

Well, I couldn't be bothered finding an update, if there is 1, so I removed Blue pulse, and now i has the ugly steam skin again :(
