Sam & Max Season Two: not in giftable games list?

I wanted to create a giveaway for Sam & Max: Season Two, but it doesn't come up in the giftable games list.
I looked at this thread but I came back empty handed. Any insights on that?

What group does one have to be in to try to win your GAs?
